Booking & Deposit
A place on the tour is confirmed once ADL Sports Management has received the £150. The full balance is due ahead of departure; we'll confirm the exact date in your booking confirmation. Places booked before 31 August 2026 qualify for the early-bird price of £1,900.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable once paid, as they cover costs we commit to on your behalf (accommodation, facility bookings and coaching staff). If you need to cancel, get in touch as early as possible - we'll always do what we reasonably can to help, including transferring a place to another player where that's practical.
What's Included
Accommodation and on-site training for the dates listed, coaching and supervision throughout the tour, and access to Spire Academy's facilities. Flights and travel insurance are not included unless we've confirmed otherwise with you directly.
Player Welfare
ADL Sports Management takes player welfare seriously. All coaching staff on tour are briefed on our safeguarding expectations, and a parent or guardian contact is kept informed throughout. Any medical conditions or requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
