Player transfer consultancy and intermediary work, with player care and pathway planning around it - the people who handle the move itself.
Euro 11 handle the part of the game a player never sees coming: the negotiation, the contract, the club-to-club conversations and the timing that decides whether a move is the right one or just the next one. As intermediaries they represent players through a transfer from first approach to signature, so nobody is sitting across the table from a club on their own.
Their player care and pathways work is what happens either side of that. A transfer is a house move, a new country and a new dressing room as much as it is a contract, and Euro 11 stay involved through it rather than shaking hands at the announcement.
For an ADL player it means the door we open is backed by people who know how to walk them through it - and how to look after them once they are on the other side.
